One chilly evening in April 1945 some thirty Catholic men met it the Guild room of St. Patrick’s school to hear plans discussed for forming a Knights of Columbus club. On May 5, 1946, our Charter began with 46 candidates. George J. McCarthy was chosen as the first Grand Knight.  After 79 years our Council has 223 members from St. Patrick-St. Anthony and St. Mary’s parish’s. The principals of are order are: Charity, Unity, Fraternity & Patriotism.
